I’m not seeing any videos on the Cloud for my Arlo Ultra Camera with local storage enabled. If I disable local storage, videos are recorded to the Cloud. The purpose of the local storage is the ability to keep recordings longer than the 30 days allowed in the Cloud. If I disable local storage and the internet goes down, I will have no recordings. If I enable local storage and my storage device goes bad, I have no recordings at all. Get my drift. The Ultra should record both locally and to the Cloud if local storage is enabled.

No. The local storage is considered a backup for Internet outages although it's useful if you don't have a subscription for cloud recording.

I stand corrected. It appears that the recordings do eventually make it to the cloud. There seems to be a delay which I assume is due to the size of 4K video.
