Yes... multi bases is the ONLY true way to expand coverage area.

there is no limit on the number of bases nor locations

If you have older bases you can use them for older cameras if possible

What is the process of adding the second base station? Have an office location and want to add the second to our home. Want to use the same app.

You would do exactly the same thing at home as you did for the office. Claim the base/hub normally and sync cameras to it. If you're reusing cameras from the office, remove them from that base/hub and then sync them to the new one.
