    <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems I had to go into phone settings&amp;gt;general&amp;gt;reset&amp;gt;Reset network settings&amp;gt; enter pass code&amp;gt; hit yes&amp;gt; WAIT... &lt;BR /&gt;once it reset all WiFi I then had to re-link (enter WiFi password) back up to WiFi and I started to receive notifications FINALLY&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope these steps may help someone else.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;We purchase the Ultra camera, and do not seem be getting push notification. We have never received any from when we first set it up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have check the MODES and I have made sure the PUSH NOTIFICATION are Ticked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I also had email checked but quickly unchecked that when I was getting 60 emails ever few hours thanks to my dog. So I know the email works, just not the text notification.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone have this issue and solved it? I can called Arlo support twice, waiting on the phone for 23mins even before speaking to someone. With no solution to the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
