topic login Issue in Arlo Ultra

login Issue

I need help - I'am not able to login to my.arlo.com (page) , on my MacBook Pro computer. I had no issues up to 2 days ago. I have rebooted my computer cleared cookies cache , used safari and google chrome , same issue. I can get to the login page. Enter my user name and password , but nothing happens. I can login using my iPhone , and iPad. just not on from my computer.

Is there something going on with Arlos web base logins - as I can login on my IOS devices - so the password and user name are correct . thanks

UPDATE........ I can logo in the old way using https://arlo.netgear.com

Makes me believe there is an issue with https://myarlo.com

it's https://my.arlo.com

https://my.arlo.com is working for me (using Chrome on a Windows 10 PC).
