How to use free 1 year subscription?

Hi Arlo Team,

I had 6 old Arlo Cameras with a Arlo Smart Premier Plan paying 8.99 EUro /Month. Now i purchased 4 Arlo Ultra with a new hub. It includes a free 1 year subscription. How can i use this? e.g. use the 1 year subscription for the 4 Ultra cams and keep the other cams with the existing plan?

Pocketkaiser,

You can only take advantage of the included free 1 year subscription plan if you do not have an existing subscription plan. The free 1 year plan will automatically be applied to your account after adding the SmartHub as long as you do not have any existing subscription plan.

Seriously? Thats customer obsession! I will not remove all cameras and set it up again. Please go to your system and add the free subscription to my account or refund me the money!
