ULTRA keeps detecting audio with yellow icon while audio alerts turned off and draining my battery

I just added 1 Ultra camera and new basestation to my account. I still have a pro basestation with 3 cameras working on the same account without issues.

The Ultra camera (even though I have the audio mode alerts off) is still turning on the yellow audio icon on the app display and draining my battery quickly during this current wind storm. My battery was at 100% this morning when I installed it and now its a 35%. I had to disarm the camera until I get some help please. I have the latest firmware to the camera and base station. I didn't have this problem with my Arlo Pro.

Try rebooting your SmartHub, adjust your rules making sure that audio detection is turned off and then reboot your SmartHub again. Do you still experience the same behavior?
