&lt;P&gt;If you did that, then the best thing to do is remove your cameras and any other Arlo gadgets from your account, delete the account, and then create a new one.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the account was created using a VPN or in the US, that is why you're experiencing this behavior. The solution is as StephenB suggests, open a new account while in CA and be sure no VPN is active when creating the account.&lt;/P&gt;
