    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all.       <description>&lt;P&gt;There are a couple of possibilities here.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One is that you set up the port forwarding rule incorrectly.&amp;nbsp; Generally you want to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;assign the smarthub a local IP address in the router (so it always gets the same one).&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;forward the port to that local IP address.&amp;nbsp; I suggest forwarding both TCP and UDP.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Another one is that you might be double-routing.&amp;nbsp; If you have both a router and modem, then the modem might actually be a gateway (modem+router combination).&amp;nbsp; Can you give more details on what you have between your ISP and the base station?&amp;nbsp; Include manufacturer and model info for whatever electronics are on the path.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
