Can I use a Smartbase with Pro 4 cameras

Can I use a Smartbase with Pro 4 cameras and look at videos from Smartbase in the library section of the Alro app?

I use to be able to do that with the older Alro cameras before this pushed the Subscription model.

Actually you couldn't. VMB4000 and VMB4500 bases supported local recording, but have no playback functions. The recordings you were seeing were stored in the Arlo cloud. Those cameras (unlike currently sold models) were sold with 7 days of free cloud storage.

The VMB4540 and VMB5000 smarthubs do have direct access to local storage.
