      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can’t access base station recordings remotely after the update.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;reconfigured the port forwarding on the app and router still no luck. Trial recently ended with another ultra 2 camera xl. These glitches are getting annoying. Fix the problem Arlo!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;WHat base/hub? Only the VMB4540 and 5000 SmartHubs can use the app to view local recordings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you verified the base/hub's IP address and configured the router to assign a static IP address to it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
