Adding doorbell to Smart plan

I currently have an Arlo 3 camera system consisting of a base hub and 2 cameras. I'm on the Arlo Smart subscription plan and was considering adding a wired doorbell. Just want to make sure this isn't going to increase my monthly cost. I thought I saw that we can add more cameras to the existing plan, but want to make sure. Thanks.

This is a bit tricky to answer, because Arlo no longer offers the Smart subscription plan - it's been replaced with Secure.

But there is information on the old plan still on wayback (archived in 2019):

If you got the multicamera subscription, then you can install up to 5 cameras. If you got two single camera subscriptions, then you would either need a single-camera Secure subscription for the doorbell, or alternatively get multicamera Arlo Secure.
