My Pro 4s and Pro 2s are connected to the base station. My doorbell is connected to wifi. I don't get any notification previews or thumb nails for what the camera picked up for my pro cameras but get them for the doorbell. Out of nowhere yesterday I all my pro cameras went offline. All three lights on the base station were green. I had to resync all the pro cameras and still have not previews that I can see. This all started when I updated to Android 13 about a month ago. I would think this would have been fixed my now. I really losing my patience.

Do you have the animated preview option enabled?

Yes I do. I have toggled them off and on. Android pushed a security update a couple days ago but that didn't fix anything. I reached out to support and made a case last week. Still haven't heard anything back.

There was a security updated pushed this morning and all is fixed.
