I want to change the sound when my ARLO video doorbell and ARLO Pro cameras detect motion. I can’t find a way to do it in my iPhone 13.

I am not aware of any way to change the sound on iOS devices.

others have using third party intergrations.

True, you can turn sounds off in the iPhone settings page for the arlo app under notifications page.

Me either. New iPhone 13. No Arlo notification sounds anymore…. Have tried for 3 months to fix it. Still rings on iPad.. but not phone .

There are a number of possible reasons for not receiving notification sounds on iOS devices.

Most common for me is that the push notification is visually received but no sound comes out of the phone. This is usually fixed by turning the phone off and back on.

I have it set an notifications for sound alerts and in the Arlo app I have muted off and I get no sound. I have a ring system and I get a ring chime when there’s activity

The arlo notifications sound is fixed to the tri-tone alert.

Do you receive push notifications when you have cameras triggered?
