Arlo Smart subscription - What means rich notifications?

Hi community,
I need a configurable, permanent unique alert sound on my phone if any events are triggered, motion detected, sound recognized or whatever else it might be. I watched the video about the Arlo Smart features, however I am not sure if this is part of the subscription?
I live in Switzerland, is the call a friend or police feature available in my country?

The Unique sound alert for individual smart alert like people animal Etc is not available by Arlo. I wish it were and it has been requested. Can't answer about the rest in Switzerland but I believe the Notify friend is available without a Subscription. The E-911 for police in the Subscription I believe is only in the U.S.

@dcfox1Thank you, I found info about the IFTTT app and according to my little testing this seems to work well with Arlo and can trigger an automated VoID call on the mobile.
