One camera motion notification still comes even disabled "other motion" in Smart Notifications

Hi there,

I have 4 Arlo pro 3 camera, and I have Arlo Smart Premier Multi Camera subscription.

In order to avoid the false alarm, I disabled "All Other motion" through Smart Notifications for all 4 cameras.

For some reason, one of the camera still notifies me with motion alert.

Could you please help me out here ? Thank you.

Just a long shot but you can try to turn the Other Motion selection back on then turn it back off to reset. I have seen it work here sometimes.
