      <description>&lt;P&gt;set up free 1 years free subscription for ultra. But had to reset up arlo smart for my old pro 2 which was on subscription before I chaged hub for ultra. My free year disappeared and I was charged for both. Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Impossible to get through to support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
