I don't see alerts, I can't subscribe to either the free or the paid cloud

What county do you live in, As subscription is not available everywhere. The free trial starts at set up. You should still get Phone alerts though just not cloud recordings without a Subscription.

The counties available are in this link. Need Details though for help here.

I have ultra and pro3 smart
I did not get the free trial nor do I show any registrations
Since December I have been waiting for this incredible update

As the Link showed Subscriptions are not available in Saudi Arabia.
