&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I was just charged for one more year of&amp;nbsp;Premium Video Recording but as there are new smart plans(Elite and Premiere), the&amp;nbsp;Premium Video Recording is not necessary&amp;nbsp;anymore.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But still they automatically&amp;nbsp;charged me for another year... where can I ask for a refund as support is more or less hardware/software oriented.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I had a free one year plan and I bought Premium Video Recording for 4k cloud storage. Now with new plans you can buy 4k for a single camera so 4k is included in the plan already.</description>
