It would help to know what you see and what you've tried. One thing I've found is that I always need to type in the CC number regardless of whether you've done it before and that it seems to be saved (the display shows the partial number leading you to believe that you don't need to enter it again).

I have reentered the cc and the 3 digit code on the back multiple times. I have tried unsuccessfully to delete my payment information multiple times to start over. I have used 2 different iOS devices and a pc using both Firefox and Chrome Not once has the “confirm payment” button become active.
