    <description>&lt;P&gt;After receiving bad advice&amp;nbsp; from Arlo Support about adding cameras to my system for $4 for a single camera I bought 2 new Arlo cameras.&amp;nbsp; When i tried to add the camera it rejected the extra camera - after seeking some help as to why I was told I was given bad information and am now stuck with 2 extra cameras I cant use,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;but here is the extra slap in the face Arlo has kept charging me $4.49 ever since for a service Arlo where not giving me.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I phoned support 2 months ago (when I realised they had kept charging me over a year)&amp;nbsp; and support told me I could not get a refund and took me through to remove the service.&amp;nbsp; NOW i find I am still being charged&amp;nbsp; for the last 2 months after it was supposed to be cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having this sort of trouble with Arlo?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
