E-911 Address Issue

I went to set up my E-911 address and it is not valid. I have lived in my house, in a neighborhood, for over 9 years, but my address is not valid? What service is Arlo using and how can my neighborhood actually be added to the database.?

Even AT&T has my address in their E-911 database.

What error is the system giving you when you try to set this up? Do you have a screenshot?
