Try and do a power button reboot of base... give it 2 mins to finish, test

So the only way to fix this was to abandon my old Arlo Smart Elite plan and subscribe to the new Arlo Premier , but since I have 13 cameras it just got a whole lot more expensive, since 5 cameras are included and I pay for 8 more each. THANKS ARLO! I am REALLY starting to question this whole thing...
