Adding more than cameras

I currently have 5 cameras connected to my base station. The cameras are Arlo Pro
I upgraded to the paid subscription (Arlo smart) and I want to add two more cameras. When I select the add additional camera option on the website,I get an error. From the way it reads it is possible but you have to pay for each additional camera. Anyone have any idea of why I am getting this error? And why doesn’t Arlo have a support phone number?

Your current Arlo Smart Premier Multi Camera supports up to 5 cameras. I have provided the available Arlo Smart Subscriptions that will provide more detail regarding this: What are the available Arlo subscription plans and how much cloud recording is available?
