Decided to add the camera.<BR />6) Did so and everything other than the new camera disappeared and my plan was gone.<BR />7) called Arlo and got nowhere!!<BR /><span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_sunglasses:">😎</span> they forced me to buy into new plan with only 5 cameras then 1.49 each additional camera<BR />9) No refund offered for annual plan I have already paid for<BR />10) no choice but to buy new plan as two properties are protected with my Arlos <BR />11) Your biggest supporter is done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
