Does anyone know how to submit videos of packages to Arlo to help improve the feature? Every once in a while, the mobile app will ask if something is a package. Every time, the answer is no. I now have a package sitting on my front porch and Arlo doesn't recognize it as such. I'd like to send that video to someone to send off to the appropriate team in their DEV group.

There's a "donate" option (along with share, download, delete, etc) for each file in the library. Use that.

Thanks...donated at least 5 videos of packages to Arlo.

Fingers crossed that it gets better.
