Smart Notifications not listening to setting

I set my smart notifications for one of my Arlo Pro 2 cameras to only include People but it’s picking up Other Motion and Vehicles. Not sure how to ignore vehicles if the Smart Notification setting isn’t being listened to.

Are you getting alerts for other than people?

the cameras get triggered and a recording is made then sent upstream to the cloud where AI determination is made on what it is...then based on settings alerts are made

That is correct I'm getting alerts for things other than people. I'd really like to avoid the vehicle notifications if possible.

Hi Jobesh,

Try moving the Arlo Pro 2 camera to "Inactive Cameras" and save and move it back to "Active Cameras" to see if that helps. You can do this by going to the Arlo app Settings > Smart Notifications > Edit.
