yes, that option is still there with <= 5 cameras

Arlo Ultra kits currently come with a 1-year subscription to Arlo Smart Premier. If you own other Arlo cameras and buy an Arlo Ultra kit, you can use Arlo Smart Premier across all your Arlo cameras (up to 10) for one year. When the 1-year plan expires, you have the option to sign up for the same plan or choose one of the other Arlo Smart plans. You can also choose not to have a service plan.
