I am trying to use a promo code I got for a free year of the premier plan but it is saying the code is invalid. I have tried selecting the yearly and the monthly option and still not working. Any ideas ?

I am trying to redeem my free annual arlo premier service plan.

I have a promotion code,given by the RACV in Victoria.
