Cannot Upgrade Arlo Subscription to Elite

I recently added new arlos and needed to subscribe to the 15 camera plan. It seems like the system has changed and now i cannot subscribe for a plan and leaves my other Arlo's useless.

Is there a way around this? or i will have to purchase this new arlo ultra. I really dont want to spend a grand to have my subscription upgraded from basic to Elite.

My Hardware is H3. Serial Number 52M18174BBB10

Why can't you use Settings, Subscription, Change Plan and select Elite?

I went and followed that, but there's no option to upgrade to Elite. It just leads me to this separate article titled "where is the basic subsciption plan?"

No other options for upgrading
