Arlo Smart Notification Delay - 30+ Minutes

I've complained before about the delay that arlo smart creates, but this is rediculous. Per the screenshots below it took arlo 34 minutes to process alerts while some random large dog was wandering along hitting each of our 4 cameras. Not a single one of the 4 cameras hit a single alert until exactly 34 minutes later. Wifi was strong the whole time, strong signal, etc.

I've complained as it's gone from zero notification delay before arlo smart, then 2 or 3 minutes, then 5 or 6, but this is crazy. Our kids could have been out of the house waiting for the bus or something. A child could drown in a pool. This defeats the whole purpose of the system.

Just for good measure here is the same system with zero delay later this morning. What is going on?

Many times delayed alerts are due to the phone sleeping and battery optimization. Just for grins, what happens if you also use email notifications?
