      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't had need to go through that process recently&amp;nbsp; but I recall missing a checkbox that was nearly the color of the background that needed to be selected to proceed. Look carefully near the bottom of the page near the agreement button to see if you're missing something.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have no checkbox it just says “update payment method” I click it the loading symbol pops up and that is it. I’ve tried my Laptop, Phone, and tablet. I’m not sure what to do at this point. This has to be happening to others.</description>
