    <description>&lt;P&gt;My user account has access to two different locations (each have their own plan) but when I log into web page it shows "No plan". My mobile phone app shows devices only from one location. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
