      <title>Arlo Pro 4 subscription</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have repeatedly tried to contact this company regarding our subscription. I have 3 Arlo Pro 4 cameras and 1 ring doorbell camera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My bank is being charged automatically for a subscription but the Arlo account information says we have no subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been on the chat several times and can't talk to someone because I have no&amp;nbsp;subscription, according to them.&amp;nbsp;I am at my wits end with this company.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not received any support as of today. I am waiting for my subscription to be updated. We have paid for 3 months without service (I've had my cameras for 1-2 years with you). It seems your update wiped out my account and you are charging me anyway.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
