&lt;P&gt;Could you provide more details about what you're experiencing? Restarting the camera should not remove the subscription. Check Settings &amp;gt; Subscription within your Arlo account and make sure you have an active subscription and the desired camera is participating in that subscription.&lt;/P&gt;
