      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to renew my subscription yesterday and was charged twice but don’t seem to have a subscription plan for my account. Chat doesn’t work because I can’t talk to a real person. Would someone please contact me? I just ordered 3 new cameras and if I can’t use them I’m returning them.
