    <description>&lt;P&gt;Before you go too far, are you getting recordings as expected? That would show that the base is working so a reset wouldn't be needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you trying to onboard/install the base? Is this a new install or was it previously installed? Does it show as a device in your account? If so, delete it and try again. YOu may want to reset the base by holding the reset button for &amp;gt;10 seconds until the LEDs flash amber. What are the 3 LEDs showing? Power and Internet should be green while Camera may be off or solid amber if not connected to your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The 5 cameras which need the base to work are in a similar state. &amp;nbsp;They “appear to be offline” and they have the same grey bar that indicates they are trying to connect with no luck. &amp;nbsp; No recordings. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Reset Button sorted things out and then re pairing all the cameras. &amp;nbsp;Should have done that from the start. &amp;nbsp;Thanks for the help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
