The chat is a huge looping waste!! Keep getting a prompt telling me only paid subscribers can talk to a live agent. On another note, turning off the Animal filter is useless as well. Close to trashing this Arlo system.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
