Motion detection videos not published to library (iOS App & Web Portal) until 5pm

this issue started occurring a few weeks ago. We have had the system in place for 5+ years with some newer cameras added in last 2 years.

No changes to the system was made prior to this issue occuring.

We have a current plan $17.99 AU per month!!!

The issue is occurring on both phones and web portal.

Actions so far in last two weeks

rebooted base station and modem

removed all camera from plan and re-added all cameras to plan

uninstalled App on my phone and reinstalled.

i have see similar report on various sites from years ago but nothing current. .About to scrap a $1300 AU system if cannot fix this.
