You need one subscription per location if you have the new "Feed" interface.

Can I keep the 2 locations on the same app or do I hve to log out and log in under a different log in?

Disregard previous post. Looks like I can use the app with 2 different locations.

New question, Can I have 2 hubs at the same locaton or does each hub require its own subscription?

You get subscriptions for cameras, not hubs. If you have the unlimited subscription for a location, it will cover all cameras at that location - no matter how they are connected.
