&lt;P&gt;Are you using the primary account, or are you perhaps using a "friend" account?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;First I suggest making a manual recording while livestreaming one of the cameras.&amp;nbsp; That would confirm that there is no issue with the subscription status.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Second I suggest checking the mode you are using (Armed Home, Armed Away, Standby).&amp;nbsp; If it is Standby, then switch to Armed Home or Armed Away.&amp;nbsp; Also check the rules in mode you are using - making sure it includes the rule for each camera, and also double-checking that the rules are set to notify and record.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
