Hi, If currently I only have 1 camera installed and I subscribe on the lowest tariff, do I only get 2k playback although my camera is 4K?
apologies in advance but I wasn’t aware you needed a subscription with a base station and memory card.

This depends on where you live. The Arlo Secure subscription includes 4K in the US, but I think you need Secure Plus in other areas. Check the subscription info on Arlo.com, it should be tailored to your geography.

Some do use local storage instead of a subscription, but the user experience isn't great.
