I keep getting an occasional message that I’m already logged in on another device and that I need to log out and log back in. I found several old posts from 2019 about the same problem. I’m not logged in on the web only on my iPhone 15 pro max iOS 17.5.1. I started using the app from a trial after I purchased about 10 cameras for my home about 45 days ago. The problem started occurring about 2, maybe 3 weeks ago. This week 2 of my cameras trial ended so I’m paying for an Arlo secure unlimited plan. I have the latest app version installed. Thanks for any help.

Also I forgot to add my iPhone 15 is the only device I’ve used and I’ve never added any additional devices to my account.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, does someone happen to have your credentials or do you have your credential saved on a computer and someone might be logging in from your home on the web?

If you happen to sign in to any other handheld device, it will log you out of your currently signed in device. Only one device can be logged in at a time with Admin credentials.
