Arlo homebase delay

Hi set up my Arlo homebase with little issues and everything was working great.

I recently had to unplug my homebase to paint and ever since I plugged it back in it's been having issues. It will work fine for a day or two when I unug it but then will go back to the keypad and the sound when a door opens being severely delayed and distorted. Each time I have to plug and unplug it, and it will work fine for a day or so and then go back to the same issues.

Do I have to do a hard reset of of? If so will that wipe away all the info with all my sensors?

Anyone have a similar issue?

It also constantly puts the homebase offline despite my internet working great and being right by the router

A reset will require setting up the system again.

Having the hub right next to your router may be an issue. Try moving it away as far as practical.
