Arlo secure base motion sensor keeps tripping alarm. Lowered sensitivity to 70. Still trips . Even at 1am. So it's not sun. Hvac is off. It's pointed at kitchen but sensitivity so low it cannot detect me walking by appliances.

Try removing the sensor from your account and add it back in. Any better?

It is the master arlo security panel that is detecting motion. If I remove it, won't I have to configure everything from scratch again.

Yes, you'd have to set things back up after removing the hub. However, that may be needed to troubleshoot fully since that could clear out any weirdness causing the alarms.
