    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had trouble placing an order on Arlo.com for a wireless doorbell, extra battery, chime, and two batteries for Arlo 2 cameras. &amp;nbsp;I ended up placing the order twice but didn’t realize it until two identical boxes arrived via FedEx.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called support and talked to a nice gentleman who initiated the RMA request. &amp;nbsp;He said I would hear back from them about the RMA. &amp;nbsp;That’s been over 5 days now with no response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can’t find a number to call and cannot remember how I found it in the first place. &amp;nbsp;Help someone!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
