I am trying to figure out of I can actually download video from arlo with the right subscription. Its not very useful to me if I cant. Apparaently I'm "not entitled" to speak to a human being. Arlo sure seems to be going down hill...... not to mention the fact that they are ending some of their cameras.... any suggestions?

Arlo Secure will let you download cloud recordings to your PC or phone.

CVR (continuous video recording) is another subscription - if you are using CVR instead of motion/audio triggered recordings, then you will not be able to download the continuous feed. The best you can do is play back some of the video while recording your screen.

If you have a VMB4xxxx base or a VMB5000 smarthub, then you can also set up the system to save recordings to storage This doesn't require a subscription. But with the VMB4000 and VMB4500 base the only way to access the recordings is to eject the storage and connect it to a PC. The VMB4540 and VMB5000 can be set up to allow you to download the videos manually to your phone.
