Upgrade an active yearly plan

Is it possible to upgrade an active yearly Secure Multi-Camera plan to a Secure Plus yearly plan without losing money? Let's say I have used 6 months of the yearly plan and I need to upgrade because I am adding a 5th device, the Secure Multi-Camera in Switzerland only accepts 4 cameras, do I lose the 6 months left?

Where did you see this? Arlo Multicamera Secure plans all support unlimited cameras at one location.

In Switzerland it is limited to 4 cameras: Arlo Secure Subscription - Maximum Subscription Security | Switzerland

Is there an upgrade path during a yearly running subscripion?

Thx for sharing that link - I assumed Arlo Secure was unlimited world-wide.

Hi @lpn-ch

You will receive a credit for unused service when switching to the annual plan. When switching plans, make sure to use the change plan option, do not cancel.
