      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I cancelled my subscription to Arlo (Outdoor camera) in July but am still getting charged. &amp;nbsp;When I log in, it says I have no plan. &amp;nbsp;But still getting charged and cannot for the life of me get hold of anyone in Support. &amp;nbsp;Anyone from Arlo listening here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I actually have the exact same issue Ive been charged 5 dollars a month and haven't had the Arlo since mid July.&amp;nbsp; When I try to make contact with a chat.&amp;nbsp; The automated chat tells me im not a important enough customer to speak with a representative.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
