      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to access support for a RMA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However the chatbot goes around in circles eventually concluding with:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"After reviewing your account, it appears that you are not entitled to live agent support. However, you can utilize any of the self-support options available to you including this chat bot, the Arlo Community, and the Arlo support site where you can find how-to articles and videos."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By entering&amp;nbsp;"order support team" and I got a phone number, but this is not a working number!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please contact me with DM or email with assistance obtaining a RMA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thx!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NF&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I still have not had any contact from Arlo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to go through support and still no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is fraud, and I will submitting a complaint and forwarding screenshots of the chat to the FTC if I do not hear something soon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
