&lt;LI&gt;launch the app.&amp;nbsp; It should give you an error saying that it cannot connect to the internet.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;now enable wifi and mobile data, and you should be able to log in.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Arlo cameras show activity on my phone but when I click on my app it shows me the logo and nothing else happens. I can’t get to the place to manage and see my devices. I updated the app to latest version but still no luck. I think I need a security code to access. Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
